After you record your purchase in the PlusOne App that is eligible for free box of medication, you will receive an in-app notification in the next few days. This notification will inform you the date to collect your free box of medication, within 14 days.
Therefore, it is important that you turn on notifications to see these in-app notifications before you sign up in PlusOne App!

At the log-in page, click “Forgot your password?”, then submit your contact number and date of birth to receive an SMS with new password that you can change later.

Once approved, you can stay on with PlusOne without the need to re-enroll at the new clinic. However, your past purchase history will not be retained because this data cannot be transferred to another doctor. You can talk to your doctor to minimize the impact of this on you.
